Windows 8.1 will be finished by August

Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 8.1 will be finished by the end of August.
The code will be finalised and passed to PC manufacturers by "late August", according to CFO Tami Reller, speaking at Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference.
