Does it do it with SLI disabled?

So were u getting all these errors when the RAM was just at 1800MHz or when it was at 2000Mhz?
Same happens with SLI disabled too. Just tired BF3 same happens there too. It can start off at 70 FPS and then within 30 seconds it will go to 30 /20 and in between
I got all the errors across multiple speeds and even when I put it all back to normal clock it happened. It was literally a whos who of BSOD errors lol

Did you clear the BIOS? And then disable on-board audio, and Intel GFX etc to go back to full defaults.

yes mate, all sorted that way and still the same.

So I have formatted, clear cmos and now I have changed my cards back to the 680's to see how they react.

At the moment I am at 3.50 Ghz and 1300Mhz, idea is to run prime 95 at clock speed overnight

    Untitled.png

680's are giving me FPS of 30-47 so more than the titans but still not right.

    EDIT: 680's in BF4 are similar FPS in BF3 I am getting normal FPS (80-90 2560 x 1440)

How strange, try a single Titan too. And some different RAM if possible.

And give the drivers a clean with DDU in Safe Mode, between changing GFX Cards.

Which driver are you using now? The 327.23 WHQL or the new 331.40 BETA?

Also have a look in the BIOS for PCI-E settings and make sure they are set for PCI-E Gen 3.0 for the TITAN Slots.

Tried a single titan and got 45-55 FPS, gave the drivers a clean and placed them both in and getting regular 80-90 FPS. Still not sure what it should be but definitely much better.

With regard the PCI-E settings, all I could find was this:

The driver I am using 331.40

Hmm, I was hoping for individual slot config. Try setting it at Gen3.

What resolution are you running at?

I would also have a read through the Official NVIDIA Thread for these drivers to see if anyone else is having the same issues.

From what I've been seeing there are a lot of issues with the installer on these 320.xx series drivers which is why I have been using DDU lately, I never used to.

Not sure if this explains anything with regard to the PCI slots?

There may well be but I couldn't find it anywhere obvious, probably me. I restarted, set it at gen 3 and my FPS went down to 20 again!!

Yeah I am going to have a good look at that tomorrow. I have looked into it but the majority were praising it for issues I knew nothing about Although that was a while ago

Have you got both cards in orange slots?

You could try a single TITAN in the top black slot.

At that resolution you should be getting around 120FPS. with 4xAA.

I started to have a look through that NVIDIA thread earlier and did notice some similar issues. I'll have another read through in the morning.

I'm sure you can use GeForce 314.22 WHQL on TITANs, you may want to try those. Of course doing a full removal of 331.40 and clean in safe mode.

EDIT: BTW What is the clock speed of the GPU doing when the fps drops? Have you tried prefer maximum performance in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

Yeah both in the orange slots with the sound card in the little black slots - some pictures, I will warn you that I was pissed when I took them

    IMG_2813.jpgIMG_2814.jpgIMG_2816.jpg

Following the link you sent me I am getting 120 FPS in BF3 but BF4 is still only producing 50 -60, it has gone to 80 but not for long.

I have now run memtest for 22 hours without issue and prime 95 for 11 hours without issue so I am pretty confident that its not the CPU or RAM at this point.

That's good, and you're all stable in desktop too?

I wouldn't be concerned about BF4 performance just yet - BETA Game and Drivers and you have SLI, triple threat lol.

Yeah, haven't crashed once since the format.

I keep telling myself the same thing but when you're in TS with other guys who have SLI configuration (not titan) and they are getting 120+ FPS it makes me wonder why mine doesn't.

I have now run FurMark 1.11.0 for just under 3 hours. Therefore I am pretty sure that the chip, ram and GPU are fine.

Just tried BF4 started at 50 FPS and then dropped to the low 20's, I screen shot the following on 28 FPS.

    BF4
    Untitled 1.jpgUntitled.png

Just tried BF3 after having 120 + earlier, back down to 20-30

Up and down performance, no consistency. Never seen anything like this before.

How strange. It looks like another driver issue to me.
I would post about it at the NVIDIA Official Thread for these new Beta drivers.
    Have you tried other games?
And did you try the 314.22 drivers?

Just rolled back to 314.22 drivers, posted on the Nvidia site - Here, not sure if you think I should add something? My brain is fried lol
Tired FIFA worked fine but had nothing to compare it to as I always had Vsync on before so was limited to 60 FPS
