    Default Asus Ezflash Guide

I noticed someone on XtremeSystems asking why he couldn't get ezflash to work.
So here is a quick guide.

    1) Download the latest BIOS from Asus (or this thread)

    2) Unzip (extract) the .zip file to where u want (i usually just right click and click "extract here" whic will extract the .rom file into the same folder as the .zip file)

    3) I then rename the .rom file to 1102.rom (where 1102 is the BIOS version).

4)You can then copy the .rom file to a (preferably) empty USB Flash drive.

    5) Once that's done you can leave you usb flash drive plugged in and restart your PC.

    6) During post, you can hit 'ALT+F2' to go straight to ezflash. Or you can press 'Delete' to enter the BIOS. Once there browse to 'Tools/ezflash' and press enter.

    7) Once ezflash starts, follow steps on screen to browse to the .rom file (it usually takes a minute for ezflash to load fully)

I hope this guide helps you

You flash your BIOS at your own risk, we take no responsibility if things go wrong
