    Hi guys,
    please post your nvidia driver issues here...
    Main PC :

    Right I've had bad issues with the latest nvidia drivers and bf2142 - when u die the screen goes black and flickers. Also cloaked people flicker black too.

    The solution is to run an app called nHancer, but you have to turn off "enhance application" but to do this you will most likely have to turn off "allow override of predifined settings" in the options.

    I am seriosly annoyed at this as the 9800GTX was an xmas preasent from my mum So i replaced it with a 4870 1GB, great you might say - but that's not the point. This HIS 4870 has a blue PCB with a red fan assembly - looks aweful
    Not like the 9800GTX's sexy black PCB.
    So i'm torn between looks and 4870

    EDIT: Anyone got a link (seen a link) to a 9800GTX vs 4870 512MB/1GB whatever?

    I have no link but i can tell you that i had a 9800GTX before my 4870 and the 4870 ran far smoother and never had any driver issues, The 9800GTX was a nightmare with driver bugs in vista
