    Default Gtx280 problems

    Well here we go. Sorry about my english tho. I have gtx280 and the old drivers cause on new 1 bf2142 wont work for me. It started yesterday in game glitch started to happen. Sometimes it blacks the screen sometimes it glitches all screen so i cant play but things get wors. Now even in windows and on booting or in bios when i enter screen glitches ( sometimes missing parts of text ) my cores are normal heated i tested it and dont now what it can be cause it all started yesterday and its unusable now. It like dubles my screen or leave traces on screen makes it blury and dont show all the text sometimes and something else on my screen it looks like it dont have enough of power so it sparkles from time to time, im useing Xp sp2 if anybody can help about this i will be greatfull.     hmmm,
    to me it sounds like card could be on it's way out. I heard that the new nvidia drivers are even worse on XP, in some cases.
    But like you said it does it in the BIOS too, so that rules out drivers. I'll see if i can find anything out about it......

    It could be a few things.....too rule out the graphics card i would try it in another rig....with a decent psu.

    turned out to be a driver issue - nvidia are going right downhill with their drivers - shame

    Hmm...my pal just bought a new gtx 260 yesterday and hes suffering from juddering when playing cod 4....wonder if its the drivers?

    Well i like nvidia but because of this i think im gona switch 2 ati. Well i have corsair 650w so i have enough energy here it must be card tho windows shows driver issue but it dosent enything to do with drivers cause it scraches in bios when drivers are not loaded yet. Its realy giving me a hard time im gona blow
    Even now as i wright this it glitches and freezes my comp sometimes. Its not heating cause i opened the case and its opened for few days to have more air. Must be something else. I posted picture of how it looks to loyde so he can put it up on page so u all can see how does this looks like in xp. If enybody has some idea what to try i would be gratefull.

    hi mate,
    I haven't got the pic yet, but you can add pictures here without hosting them

    Have you done a system restore yet - to before the issue started, as i could be a new windows update screwing stuff up ?
    And did u completely remove the driver before installing the new one? I uninstall through control panel and then use a app like Driversweeper in safe mode to make sure all the old files have been uninstalled
