best ive had from a phone line....twice as fast as virgin and half the price....sky kept dropping....sometimes for days...and aol customer service was poo and was slow....saying that sky customer service is the pits.
o2 customer service is free and they know wot theyre talking about.

im on o2 mobile and prob will be for a long while (i do love their customer service, best I've ever dealt with) so can prob get cheap broadband.
problem is, parents dont want to come off of virgin. Though they seem to have improved a bit, still suck in the customer service dept.

i didn't have BT broadband - they just kept screwing up coz the 2nd line i got, they connected to a socket in a box room (office to previous owner of the house) that is behind the garage so it's unusable for me. So i asked them to move it into the house and for some reason they thought i wanted to cancel the lines ! WTF! That was in Jan, and they still don't get it ! They now want me to pay another £180 when i have already paid £180 when an engineer came round and just swapped the lines over so the opposite line was in the garage.
All i can say is BT are incompotent arseholes !
My new line is sat at 4.5MB and 440 upload but i have a 12 ping
So as i know a sky line to my house i can have upto 9.2MB and 800kb up I will get sky bb on the other line, and once i can access it in my house i'll use the BT (12 ping) line for gaming and the sky line for downloads
That of course is if they understand that i just need it moved into the house ! LOL

it goes down to 8 sometimes

bt broadband ere pinging at 7 to 13 (depends if dloading or server is foreign)

I am getting o2 broardband installed in to my flat on Wednesday! i live like 300 meters from the exchange (if not less) so my speeds should kick ass tho will have to wait and see!
