Been testing this for a while and is everything Vista was suppose to be and more, best OS i have ever used. Now the full version is out i have bought it and will install it over the next couple of days.

Any one looking at buying it get it from PC World reserve it online and collect instore and pay £159.95 for the full ultimate version, instore price is £229.99.

I have a problem with cod 4 ..... first 5 minutes is a joke...it stutters like mad....massive frame drop....it was ok with vista, but since installing windows 7 x64bit i have got this problem....any fixes for this?

Could this be the soundcard driver issue as i was getting bsod with a earlier version of w7 install?
Thought i had sussed it with my screen res being at 59hz instead of 60hz but sadly not.

No problems on the RC version of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Using latest creative drivers for soundcard and windows native drivers for gfx.

where did u get the Creative driver from Ya Mother? ms own? Or creative?

My X-FI Titainium crackled with ms own drivers, but sounds awesome with creatives

Which ATI driver are u using? Just wondering about issues with the HDMI audio. I used catalyst 9.9, and 9.10 without issue. Anyway I'm just thinking out loud.
What other games have u tried? And do they run without issue?
