A-a-a Lloyd, consoles are great, because you dont have to buy upgrades (such as a new graphic's card, etc.) unlike with the PC's you deffinetly have to buy a new one in 2 - 3 years.

Well that strengthen my argument I like upgrading my PC

Upgrades aren't the sole domain of the PC, how many PS's have there been now? You have to upgrade if u want to play the latest game, same with PCs

Could a console play crysis with everything up full?
The answer would be no. they arent capable of it.

I'm not denying the fact that GT5 looks brilliant - because it does.

The Grid. A digital frontier. I tried to picture clusters of information as they moved through the computer.
What did they look like? Ships? Motorcycles? Were the circuits like freeways?
I kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see. And then, one day. I got in.

The attention to detail and the interactiveness of crysis is second to none thats why most rigs couldnt play it. Its a bit more involved than having a shiny car.
I agree that the actual gameplay wasnt up to scratch but we are talking about graphics power here.
Gt5 does look good but so do many games before release....they are normally heavily doctored...then when you get it they look just average....time will tell.
