    Default I LOVE Vista

    Hiya guys,
    i thought i would post this as i didn't know what would happen when i swapped the CPUs in rig:1. So i took out the qx6700 and installed a q9550, i was expecting to have to activate like in XP. But no Vista didn't even flintch. Fantastic, well done MS

    Another point to add is that Richard swapped his nVidia 680i mobo for a 780 mobo and he did not need to re-activate vista either.

    I swapped from a 680i board to iX38 board and never had to recactivate or re-install (I was very happy to say the least)

    You're telling me you didnt format and reinstall when changing a motherboard? Or you did but you didnt need to activate?
