Im still using 10.5 mainly for the driver as all the other releases cause low FPS in BC2. Hopefully the newest driver is better

News from these are bad. Their drivers are getting worse and worse since 10.5a

I just reinstalled Win 7 on my main rig, and used these drivers.
HDMI output is crystal clear now, wheather that's the drivers or the reinstall of windows I'm not sure. I was using 10.9 IIRC
I'm gonna get BC2 and everything installed later so will see what issues I get.
But the new control panel is lovely, a VAST improvement on the piece of tat that we had before

Have you tried them out gaming yet Lloyd?

I think these newer driver are for the 6xxx owners, since the 10.12 WHQL had some performance drops on particular those cards, while it had a nice boost on 5xxx series cards.

Spoken like a true Nvidia whore who has recently moved to the dark side

The initial bad press may because they have released I think 2 hotfixes since the 16th December on this particular driver.

    Lol Mark
had a bit of a game tonight but only really half hour at a time, had no issues at all
I'll try and have a bit of a session tomorrow and see how we go

When I built the LEC Elite PC they only had 10.10 available for the 6800 series, I assume they have updated that now.

Looks good.....might give it a go if i sever sort out me bsods im having all the time.

    Posted this on another website......

found out my bsods are down to something called volmgr in my event log......apparently it has something to do with my page file and virtual memory crash dump.....i have partitioned my 500gb hd, so i have C and E drives now, is there a way to undo the partition and have all the 500gb all C drive?....i have nothing on the E drive but reading on some forums i shouldnt have partitioned my drive as this is my problem......i can delete the E part of the drive but that wont solve my problem?

You can use Partition Wizard Home to delete E and resize C, they do a bootable ISO which is better for handling C resizes.

Personally I have it set as system handled (see attachment) and I have all my drives partitioned and have never had an issue
Currently allocated is 8100MB which is how much RAM I have installed.
    Have you ran Check Disc?

If you got the bootable ISO you can burn it to disc and reboot, boot from CD and then you will need to delete E, then right click on your C partition and "Move & Resize" then you can use the slider to expand the drive - hover the mouse cursor over the end of the C partition (see screenshot) and drag to fill the empty space. Done
