    Default How to clean monitors?

Hi, does anyone know whats best to clean monitors with?
Ive got 2 bottles of monitor cleaning fluid but both leave smear marks.
someone suggested water and vinegar to me a while back...if so how much vinegar to water ratio? thanks.

Oh i nearly forgot another crucial part - Bounty kitchen roll, i use that dettox clear anti bac spray coz i) i had it in the cupboard ii) it's food prep friendly so less likely to damage the screen. It gave me such gopod results i now use it all the time ( loads of tar with 1 or 2 smoking in my pc room) lol
I also found if the screen is warm, better to do small parts. If it's cold then just do the whole thing. I normally fold the piece of bounty up till it's an inch wide and spray the dettox on the bounty

Well done it today tried it on jackamos monitor first (hes getting new one for crimbo).still a bit streaky tbh...but found that if you do the vinegar and water first to get the thick off and finish off with the dettol its the best way to do it....what i think happens is when you first do it the smear is actually dirt that youve just moved around the monitor but you need to get as much off as possible then re-apply some clean solution to finally clean it...its not a 100% but as close as ive ever got it before.

traditional warm water and cloth tbh.
I find if my monitor is slightly warm when i do it then i have no streaks.
