I think that wallpaper is built into Vista Dream scene IIRC

Yes joe you have to have vista ultimate for the dreamscene ( the light moves like a real eclipse)....but i have heard of people hacking basic and premium and getting it to work on that. theres better ones than that, but you have to pay
