I was cleaning out my pc & noticed something odd with the jumper settings.

They where set to limit the drive to half speed 1.5GB per second instead of the full 3.0GBps

This applied to all 4 of my Seagate Drives.

If you have a Seagate Internal Drive then i suggest you take a look at the Jumper Configuration and make sure its not limited.

I've looked around on the net and found its common practice for Seagate to release drives that have Jumper limitations on them for compatability with older operating systems.
