Lloyd you are right... The 2 in by the persons name in BF2142 means that they are from BF2, you had to register early on to get that

This is a similar thing and will work in Bad company for example I have a 4 next to my name when I play on the PS3 as I have some of the other games. This also gives you unlocks I got a gun on Bad company on the PS3.
