Yeah it's a nightmare, i'm sure i read about something you can install on ur host to stop most of it, coz there are forums i go to and u get activated instantly and they don't get any dodgy posts. I'm trying to find out atm

If you have already registered with a gmail account it won't affect you, just if you try and register with one
