Cool, no I haven't ran SLI since the 8800GTX's. IIRC there should be a SLI section in the NVIDIA Control Panel to enable and disable it.

The Zotac software is that like EVGA Precision?
EVGA Precision will also show the cards installed but to actually enable SLI will be in the NVIDIA CP.

Oh no!
You had issues before with black screen..no?
From what I have heard it only affects 120hz monitors.
Make sure you write up a bug report at NVIDIA.
With all the added crap NVIDIA are bundling with their drivers these days, I'm extra careful when updating, switching Graphics cards etc, for example...
Restart in Safe Mode -> DDU -> shut down and add 2nd card -> now boot into normal mode and install the driver.
EDIT: And see this thread at NVIDIA

Sent a bug report.....black screen issues ive had in the past was down to having a HDMI cable (to tv) plugged into gpu when installing new drivers....just unplug and it's fine now.
Overclocked the Monitor to 96hz and it seems fine....would like 110hz/120hz tbh but don't want to push my luck again lol.

Ive had the hdmi black screen issue for years now.....dont think they will ever sort that......i know other people who have had same problem and when they unplugged their cable it sorted it.
I'm more concerned about bricking mine again after overclocking my monitor?

Oh really that long!
I use DVI (GFX End) to HDMI (TV/Monitor End) and haven't had any of these issues.
