I have just about finished the rebuild, I ordered 2x 6 Pin PCI-E extension cables but one is faulty so the cable to the Sound Card is not the same as the one to the Graphics Card.
I'm tempted to just buy a Creative SoundBlaster AE-7 and be done with it!
I'll post some pictures when the replacement cable turns up, but here are a few for the moment...
